Give the gift of a good night’s sleep this year.

Children who suffer from eczema experience unrelenting itch and an urge to scratch that keeps them awake night after night. Nothing seems to quell the itch, and only constant distraction keeps children from scratching to the point of bleeding. Parents stay awake to soothe their distraught children — and they experience overwhelming exhaustion, too. A good night’s sleep would be a gift.

Global Parents for Eczema Research (GPER) is a grassroots non-profit driven by committed parents impacted by eczema. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and reduce suffering for children with moderate to severe eczema and their families.

Your donation to GPER today will help us deliver our programs to families impacted by eczema so EVERY child can get a good night’s sleep.

“GPER’s support program for caregivers has helped me feel not so alone in my worries and concerns about my daughter’s eczema.”

OUR WORK

Global Parents for Eczema Research equips and empowers caregivers with the very best information to make treatment and management decisions about eczema. We do this through family support, strategic partnerships, research, and policy changes.

  • Our support program for eczema families is the only peer-to-peer support program for caregivers of children with eczema in the United States and the only such program available globally.

  • We host the only podcast focused on eczema science designed for a patient and parent audience.

  • We share breakthrough cutting-edge research and discoveries with our community of patients, parents and families. We review academic journal articles daily, attend conferences, and interview the world’s eczema experts monthly.

  • We conduct our own research, partnering with leading thinkers in the field, and have published 10 peer-reviewed journal articles to date on subjects that matter to patients and families.  Our goal is to advance better treatments as we search for a cure.

If you value these programs and resources, please make a tax-deductible donation today to GPER.

Together, we CAN improve the quality of life and reduce suffering for children with moderate to severe eczema and their families!
